Travel Info
Flights.
There are two airports we recommend considering for travel.
1) Grand Junction (GJT) is the most economical option to fly into, just a short 1.5 hour drive from Moab. From there, you can rent a car using our discounted rate (more detail in next section).
2) You can also book flights directly into Moab airport (CNY) if you prefer. This airport is only a 30 min drive to Ulum and we will arrange transport from the airport via shuttles. These flights are only available to book 90 days prior to desired dates, however, you can preview schedules by searching for flights within the next 90 days. Flights departing the east coast transfer in Phoenix and arrive in Moab by 1:30pm.
We recommend booking your flights as early as possible.
Ground.
If arriving in Grand Junction (GJT), we highly recommend renting a car upon your arrival so that you can explore all that Moab has to offer, outside of our event schedule. We have acquired a special booking rate with Hertz that will give you their most discounted rate available at booking.

If arriving in Moab (CNY), we will arrange a shuttle to bring you from the airport to our lodging. You can also rent a car at the Moab airport if preferred, though availability may be limited.

Located just 30 minutes from downtown Moab, we’ve booked out the beautiful Ulum resort for our friends and family from June 4th through the 8th. We will be assigning glamping tents to all guests in attendance, once we receive your pre-rsvp. Each tent will have beds, wood-burning stoves, air conditioners, and enclosed bathrooms with hot showers. Meals will be included in your stay.
